In addition to our needle, magnet and laser acupuncture treatments, we also offer several highly-specialized and targeted therapies in the clinic, each of which improve the health, well-being and fitness of patients who have been treated … in some cases with exceptional results.
The first of these therapies is known as Advanced Allergy Therapeutics (AAT), which is a clinically proven treatment that merges 21st century-science with more than 5,000-year-old acupuncture principles in offering a non-invasive, needle-free, no-medication, no-supplement, non-herbal therapy in the treatment of reactions or symptoms associated with many allergies and sensitivities. These include a multitude of naturally occurring or artificially added components or ingredients in substances that typically consumed, inhaled or touched every day including cheese, fruit, wine, chocolate, prescription drugs, vitamins, fabrics, soaps, detergents, shampoos, molds, pollens, perfumes, animals, dust, and contactants of any type or kind, to name just a few.
The second is FX 635 Laser Therapy, which is a low-level laser therapy [LLLT] that is proving to be what many in the medical field are calling, and what I truly believe is, a “game changer” in the treatment of painful and, for some, debilitating symptoms particularly associated with plantar fasciitis. The only laser equipment of its kind to be market cleared by the FDA, the FX 635 laser that I am now using at the center to treat this condition, as well as various types of other chronic and acute pain, concussions, and traumatic brain injury, is proven to promote cellular regeneration through painless bio-stimulation, which is helping many patients return to an active life much sooner than they ever believed was possible.
The next is the Erchonia® Violet and Red Laser (EVRL) that, like other low-level laser therapies, uses low intensity photonic energy to reduce inflammation, regenerate cells, and increase blood flow to reduce pain and edema, and promote healing. It is especially effective in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions involving the neck, shoulder, and lower back areas, as well as tendonitis and acute or chronic injuries to soft tissue.
Also, we now are providing Cannabinoid Therapy to patients who are receiving acupuncture and/or allergy treatments at the center. This therapy features the use of a cannabinoid known as cannabidiol, which is one of many compounds that are found in the cannabis plant and increasingly valued for its therapeutic benefits. Research is showing that it can be effective in the treatment of many inflammatory, autoimmune, and neurodegenerative conditions. Although derived from the cannabis plant, cannabidiol is not medical marijuana, psychoactive, toxic, addictive or intoxicating. Available in liquid form and dispensed via a small dropper, the product that we use for this therapy is legal in Massachusetts, as well as throughout the New England area and every other state.
In addition, the center offers Cytokine Therapy, which targets cytokines or cell signaling molecules that aid cell-to-cell communication in the body’s immune responses and activate the movement of cells to problem areas caused by inflammation and trauma, as well as infection. This therapy uses a homeopathic-based approach in the treatment and relief of inflammation and pain associated with many different medical conditions. These conditions include chronic knee, neck and back stiffness and discomfort; osteoarthritis; rheumatoid arthritis; osteoporosis; cartilage damage; tendonitis; fibromyalgia; organ dysfunction (e.g., lung, liver, kidney); anxiety; and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) to name just a few.
I invite you to visit the other pages of this website for more detailed information about our center, range of therapies and treatments that we offer, and types of medical problems and conditions for which we are able to help provide relief and healing every day … and I encourage you to call our center if you have any questions, would like to receive more information, or to make an appointment for a consultation or treatment.
Good health to you,
